Dad Loved movement; he was joyful in movement (and stillness). He also wanted others to learn to enjoy how to move, and for people to move together, enjoying themselves while they maintained and enhanced fitness and physical ability.
That's the mission. Share dad's love of well executed movement from a deep foundation in the arts of relaxing the body-mind-spirit, and developing intentional practices based on optimizing our ability to feel the best we can, given where we are. A lifelong pursuit, never ending, always improving, always exploring.
How well you stand or move right now is no problem at all. No need to wait. Allow yourself to be a beginner always-- that's the best student ever.
