Engagement, Participation, and Practice Terms & Disclaimers

 

1. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY – YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
This work is about standing, movement, and body mechanics. It’s gentle by nature, yet over time can be transformative leading to more ease. That said, any physical activity carries some level of personal responsibility. You are choosing to participate entirely of your own free will. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety, health, and well-being. If you have any medical concerns, check with your doctor or another qualified professional before engaging in any physical practice.


2. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Nothing in any session, workshop, or material provided by Morris Wellness Center or Evan Finer should be considered medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. We’re simply training in movement, standing, and mechanics. How you choose to engage is up to you.


3. INTERACTIVE DEMONSTRATIONS-TRAINING: (NO) CONTACT 

  • No physical contact is required for learning. Training and demonstrations are typically hands-off
  •  If any contact is used, it will be minimal, deliberate, and explained beforehand, and limited to common social gestures (such as light pressure on the shoulder). You may always decline. 

-My participation is also voluntary; I decide the level I will display in a demonstration or teaching environment. I prefer no spotlight, and I don't wish to prove anything. I simply share with those who want this.  Typically, I show just enough that you could not replicate it yourself, but it remains tangible. 

   

 4. NO PROMISES OR GUARANTEES
Results vary. Some people experience major shifts right away, others over time. This work is about practice, refinement, and personal experience. Your progress depends on your effort, consistency, and mindset.


5. LIABILITY RELEASE – YOU’RE CHOOSING TO BE HERE
By engaging in training, workshops, demonstrations, or using any materials from Morris Wellness Center, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your participation.
  • You release and waive any claims against Morris Wellness Center, Evan Finer, and anyone associated with this training.
  • Any discomfort, strain, or effect from participation is your responsibility, not ours.


6. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All training methods, materials, and content—including but not limited to Effortless Well-Being—are the intellectual property of Evan Finer and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.


7. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS
By engaging in training, demonstrations, workshops, or using content from Morris Wellness Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
